Our Founder's Story

Empower Health Consulting began with one family's journey and a desire to help others reclaim their well-being. After naturally losing 100 pounds and supporting her son in losing over 200 pounds, Niki Hall realized that education, encouragement, and practical support truly change lives. Caring for her mother, who faced chronic health challenges, only strengthened her resolve to offer guidance rooted in real understanding. Today, Niki channels her own transformation into meaningful, hands-on coaching for every client - fostering not just individual change but brighter, healthier communities.
